Matthias Fine Foods uses only the finest local and seasonal ingredients, organic whenever possible, without the use of artificial additives or preservatives.
We have re-imagined traditional baking recipes to create vegan, lactose-free and dairy-free options for those who might otherwise not be able to enjoy them. However, our products are actually eaten with great pleasure by all those who appreciate delicious baked goods.
